SEPRO ScientificTM today announced that Lisa Marchewka has joined the company as chief strategy officer. In the new role, Marchewka will guide enterprise strategy and help SEPRO pursue growth opportunities across its Water and Land businesses, digital solutions and expanding portfolio of environmental technologies.

Marchewka will serve on SEPRO Scientific’s executive leadership team, reporting to Dr. Tyler Koschnick, president and CEO. She will work alongside business and functional leaders to connect priorities across the company, identify opportunities in new markets and help bring emerging capabilities to customers. Her responsibilities also include SEPRO’s digital commercial model, acquisition strategy, enterprise brand positioning and stewardship agenda.

“SEPRO has built its business by pairing scientific expertise with a deep understanding of the challenges our customers face in the field,” said Koschnick. “As those challenges evolve, we see opportunities to connect more of our capabilities and reach customers in new ways. Lisa has spent her career bringing strategy, technology and commercial teams together to make that happen. Her leadership will help us build on the strength of our Water and Land businesses while investing in the company’s future.”

Marchewka brings nearly 30 years of experience in water and environmental technologies, strategy and commercial leadership. Most recently, she served as chief revenue officer at Creston Water Solutions, where she partnered with the CEO and board on growth strategy and acquisitions. She previously held leadership roles at Evoqua Water Technologies, leading work across global businesses, digital transformation, partnerships, portfolio strategy and commercialization.

She began her career as a civil and environmental engineer. That technical foundation, combined with her experience bringing technologies to market, will inform her work as SEPRO expands the ways it helps customers monitor, manage and restore water and land ecosystems.

“SEPRO has tremendous scientific expertise and people who understand what it takes to solve environmental challenges in the real world,” said Marchewka. “I’m looking forward to learning from teams across the company and working with them to connect those strengths, develop new opportunities and deliver even more value to the customers and communities we serve.”

Marchewka joins SEPRO as the company continues to expand its capabilities in water and land management. Alongside its established portfolio of science-led solutions, SEPRO is investing in digital tools that can help customers better understand changing conditions and make more informed decisions. As chief strategy officer, Marchewka will help connect those investments with the company’s field expertise and customer relationships.
