Bringing extensive experience as a CEO, public company board director, and consumer business executive, Szudarek has a proven track record of leading, transforming, and scaling complex organizations across the U.S. and internationally.

She joins Oncourse Home Solutions from Self Financial, where she served as CEO and Board Member, strengthening operations and expanding the fintech platform’s product portfolio. Her executive and senior leadership background also includes serving as CEO and Board Member of European online pharmacy Atida; President of International and SVP & General Manager of Local Deals North America at Groupon, where she managed multi-billion-dollar divisions; and executive roles at Orbitz Worldwide and strategy consulting with Accenture.

As President and COO, Szudarek will report directly to Cooper and join the Executive Management Committee. She will have end-to-end accountability for Oncourse Home Solutions’ core P&L and operations, uniting the teams responsible for driving customer growth and retention, developing products, enhancing the customer experience, and delivering exceptional service. Her mandate includes strengthening accountability, integrating functional operating plans, and translating the company’s strategy into measurable business results.
